We are delighted to share that Romal  Capital has achieved a landmark win in the Peel L&P (Ports) Limited vs Romal Capital (C02) Ltd case, with the  High Court of England & Wales (Mr Justice  Fancourt) ruling in our favour on 18 November 2025.
