Romal Capital shortlisted for the 2026 RESI Awards
We are delighted to announce that the Romal Capital team has been shortlisted for two awards at the prestigious Property Week RESI Awards 2026.
Our Liverpool Waters dockside development Mauretania has been shortlisted in the category for ‘Best Development under 350 units’ and the team have also been recognised as a finalist for ‘Specialist Developer’ 2026.
The RESI Awards, now in its 15th year, is returning on 6 May 2026 to the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel, London to showcase the projects and people redefining homes, places, and communities, from innovation in design and affordable housing, to social impact and leadership.
Greg Malouf, CEO of Romal Capital, says:
“With some 370 apartments already delivered and 195 in progress for availability this year, our commitment to Liverpool is unwavering. Along with our development at Liverpool Waters, we are also in planning for the landmark regeneration of Brunswick Dock, set to transform one the city’s most historic southern docks, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our hard work in building communities that thrive, and creating places that inspire.”
Romal Capital, in partnership with Maro, has officially submitted a planning application to Liverpool City Council to bring Brunswick Dock back to life — transforming this long-underused site into a vibrant, mixed-use waterfront neighbourhood.
