Romal Capital shortlisted for 2025 UK PropTech Awards

We are delighted to announce that, along with our partner Building Passport, the Romal Capital team has been shortlisted for the 2025 UK PropTech Awards.

Now in its 8th edition, the UK PropTech Awards is an event dedicated to celebrating those who are leading the way towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled and customer centric future for the property industry.

The awards are a chance to highlight companies and individuals who are driving real change across the Real Estate sector, solving critical problems and showcasing how innovative approaches or technology solutions are making a real impact, and we are proud to have been recognised within the ’Intelligent Asset Management’ category, along with other well-respected names within the industry.

The Intelligent Asset Management Award recognises technology-driven approaches that elevate how real estate assets are managed, optimised and grown, celebrating collaborations where PropTech has enabled real-time performance monitoring, smarter lifestyle planning, or value optimisation at asset or portfolio level.
