Romal Capital Celebrates Triple Award Shortlist Success

We are proud to announce a series of prestigious industry award nominations, recognising Romal Capital’s continued commitment to innovation, development excellence and delivering high-quality projects across the property sector.

Adding to what has already been a landmark year for the business, the team has been shortlisted in the highly regarded Property Week Tech Innovation Awards, alongside Building Passport, for its collaborative work driving technology-led innovation within the property and lending industries.

Selected as one of only four finalists in the category, the nomination highlights the strength of the partnership and its shared vision of improving industry standards through forward-thinking, data-driven solutions. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place at the Kia Oval in London on 16 October.

Closer to home, Romal Capital has secured two significant nominations at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2026.

Being shortlisted for Property Developer of the Year acknowledges our commitment to delivering high-quality developments that contribute to the growth, regeneration and long-term success of communities across the North West.

In addition, our latest flagship development, Mauretania, has been shortlisted for Apartment Development of the Year at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2026, reflecting the vision, quality and attention to detail that have defined the project from inception through to delivery.

The Awards will be held on 25 November at the iconic Titanic Hotel Liverpool and Rum Warehouse, bringing together leading figures from the region's property and business sectors to celebrate excellence and achievement.

Commenting on the nominations, Romal Capital’s Greg Malouf said: "We are incredibly proud to be recognised across multiple award programmes this year. Being shortlisted alongside Building Passport in the Property Week Tech Innovation Awards demonstrates the value of innovation and collaboration within our industry, while the recognition received at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards reflects the dedication and expertise of our development team. These nominations are a testament to the hard work of everyone involved and reinforce our commitment to delivering excellence across all areas of the business."

With recognition spanning innovation, project delivery and development excellence, the business looks forward to both awards ceremonies and the opportunity to build on an already successful year.
