WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RENTAL INCOMES

We don’t offer sales gimmicks. We believe in our product and we are confident it will rent quickly at top market rentals.

POST COMPLETION MANAGEMENT

Once you have completed — we will still be there for you. You can also take comfort knowing our office is located within the development ready to welcome you. We are here on site to cater for all your needs and assist by overseeing and contributing to block management, property management, repairs, viewings and being your eyes and ears. On completion, you will be given a digital personalised folder full of practical information and handy hints about every aspect of your home.

CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS

They’ll give you all the information about your new home, provide regular updates and assist on the legal and mortgage side of things, right from reservation to completion.
