Liverpool Waters

Liverpool Waters is already known as a world class destination offering an incredibly diverse range of entertainment from sporting events and business networking to music festivals, stunning bars, clubs, shops and museums. Liverpool Water is vast, running from the edge of the established Central business district nearly 2km north along the waterfront until it reaches the operational port of Liverpool which is owned and managed by the celebrated Peel Ports.

Now, after a decade of planning, Peel’s Liverpool Waters £5.5 billion regeneration project is well and truly underway. The project will further deepen its current seamless extension of Liverpool’s city centre and reconnect 60 hectares of northern historic docklands to the heart and gateway of the city.

Liverpool Waters is further set apart from all other UK City offerings as The World Heritage Site Inscription provides huge global significance whilst the UK Government further endorses the “Mersey Waters Enterprise Zone”. This additional support is given by the Department of International Trade through the Northern Powerhouse Investment Portfolio. This is only one of 12 projects that has Government endorsement throughout the North of England.

Romal Capital and their partnership with Peel at Liverpool Waters was a natural fit for the opportunity to access Waterfront living, Capital Gains and Return on Investment. The scale of Liverpool Waters and its long-term vision offered this unique combination by presenting one of the most prestigious waterfront investment and redevelopment opportunities in Europe.

But it’s not just about the attraction of Liverpool’s iconic waterfront. It’s also the cities regional heritage, it’s vibrancy, culture and growing city centre population with the enormous potential in its economy which make Romal Capital and Liverpool Waters the perfect fit in presenting those capital returns and strong yields.

The Liverpool Waters masterplan focused on creating a waterfront to the world which now provides a place to live, work and play. This masterplan will be achieved through the redevelopment across 5 key Docklands on Liverpool Waters. Central Docks which is highlighted as the ‘heart-beat’ of Liverpool Waters is where Romal have strategically chosen position being a short walk to Liverpool’s vibrant City Centre.

After meticulous planning and working together with both Peel and Liverpool Council, we are now in the exiting phase of construction and delivering new, modern, safe and utterly stylish neighbourhoods for our professional demographic. A fast rending demographic that will enhance business, families life and economic growth to the city.
